Home to Sterling Properties new headquarters, this adaptive re-use project was a complete renovation/restoration of a neglected 3-story building located in the center of Livingston. The new 21st century office has a cool industrial vibe with full height glass office fronts, high ceilings and exposed duct work, steel, brick and rustic barn wood.
