Revitalizing the former Newark Warehouse
A loft-style office building in the heart of Newark's business district
Ironside Newark will be transformed into a 456,000sf office and retail building, located in the new Mulberry Commons development.
Retained as construction manager by Edison Properties, Hollister will vertically expand and fully renovate the vacant six-story building. The new building will rise seven-stories high, featuring loft-style office space in the top six floors and high-end retail space in the first floor. It will also feature impressive amenities including a green roof deck and a two-story atrium entrance with a connection to the soon to be built Mulberry Commons Park.
